2019 School Climate & Administrator Survey

Why take the School Climate and Administrative Survey?
The results collected are shared with the Superintendent, Christopher Steinhauser, as well as the appropriate Assistant Superintendents.  We use this data to highlight schools where management is effective leading or lacking.  In addition, the survey results help members who are displaced or are interested in a transfer.

This year’s survey period will be from January 7, 2019 through February 1, 2019.  The survey will be conducted online via Simply Voting.  The survey will be emailed to your personal email address.  If you’d like to take the school climate and administrator survey please send your personal email address to ingrid@talb.org.  There will be no paper surveys this year.

We will need three weeks to analyze and compile the data.  We expect to post results by Tuesday, February 26 2019.  Once results are posted, top scoring administrators will be eligible to be nominated by members for the TALB Outstanding Administrator Award. Members can submit nominations through Friday, March 22 2019.

If you plan ahead, you might be able to coordinate with your colleagues to complete the surveys together in the computer lab.  Please work with your site administrators to conduct this important survey.
